  • Individuals with epilepsy, as the techniques used could potentially trigger seizures
  • Those currently taking psychosis medication, due to the risk of triggering an episode

What's happening on the day Live Group Hypnosis Experience deep nervous system regulation through guided hypnosis. This session will help you tap into a state of profound relaxation and reset your nervous system.
  • Immediate Tools and Strategies: Learn practical techniques that you can use immediately to calm your mind and nervous system. These tools are designed to be simple yet effective, providing instant relief from stress and anxiety.

Hi, I'm Deborah, The Holistic Hypnotherapist, a certified Analytical Hypnotherapist with an honours degree in Psychology with Counselling.
