Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by [Your Membership Name] (“Organization”) and [Member Name] (“Member”), and comes into effect as of [Date]. 

• Member Benefits

As of part of membership with [Your Membership Name], the Member will receive the following benefits:

1 x 90 mins live training with live hypnosis (monthly)

1 x 10-15 min thought discussion with live Q&A (weekly)

1 x bonus online course (immediately on joining)

1 x online mini course (quarterly beginning January 2023)

Interactive Private FB Group 

I (Deborah Craig) will be present at least twice per week in the FB group

• Membership Dues

£27 per month.  Payment due on joining and each calendar month thereafter 

(except those joining in November 2022 which includes a free 30 day trial)

Payment accepted via credit card or paypal within the Kajabi hosting platform at checkout

• Restrictions

The Member agrees that they will not:

• Share their login information with non-members
• Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members
• Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions
• Discriminate against others within the group
• Use the Facebook group for personal therapy - this is not a place for 1:1 support, this can be access via myself directly

• Liability

The Member will not hold the Organisation liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.

The Member agrees that the Organisation cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices. 

• Privacy

The Organisation will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties. 

• Membership Termination

The Organisation has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle. 

By ticking the box, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
